Requirement - Junior High School graduate.
- Maximal age : 16
- Administration form:
- Junior High School original STTB and NEM certificate
and three (3) legalized copies.
- Level 1,2,3 original report.
- Original Birth Certificate and three (3) copies (special for
Christian).
- A letter of acceptance to follow School regulations.
- letter of acceptance to stay in dormitory and will
follow dormitory regulations.
- Letter of personal notification from the Principal.
- 6 ea 4 x 6 cm pictures and 3 x 4 cm (without colored spectacles).
- Passed the medical test done by school proposed doctor.
- Registration fee : Rp 100,000/-
- Candidate that is accepted at the Lokon High School is candidate
that passed below selection process:
- Phase 1 : Registration
- Phase
2 : Administrative selection
- Phase
3 : Written test
- Phase 4 : Interview
